There Ok, I have had better, Had a lot of fitment problems on my classic but this was due to a manufacturing error, I think the adjustable coilovers that do not lose damping travel as you lower the car are better,
David at API Engines has some lurvely ones in stock, Very similar to the cusco's but not the branded Price :D

JIC magics allow you to lower the car without loseing travel ;)

but there far to hard even on max softness IMO

You must get the spring rate right for thr car/purpose first. I hill climb my car, so it gets cornered seriously fast on undulating surfaces. After some fooling around (by AVO) i got things right. The trick is to have the rear 80% of the front rate. Try 300 lbs on the front. The damping serves to stop the sring from bouncing up and down like an MoT failure shock!
Tuning the damp rate is just trial and error, but on my less than impressive AVO's the fromt is 80% damping and the rear 60%.

I have driven on a sprint track an RA with DMS 50 mm struts. You realy can tell the difference! (and the £1200 difference....)

Graham, Like most of my stuff we source it from the outlets in Japan that actually make it. The Japanese market allows the actual maker to market 'own brand' stuff that they make for say, Tein, Cusco [ picked at random] and so on through a side door.

Ours are not branded but are extremely high quality with a 32 position adjustment on the damping, height adjustable coil overs and an adjustable foot so that you can raise and lower the suspension without compromising spring height.

Sold at £750.00 plus VAT for a complete set with the C spanners to adjust them with they are extremely good value and have proved to be very popular with the people that have them. They also look great.

Maybe someone who has a set will post on with their thoughts and opinions please??

Thanks David, that does sound good. The AVO's are 'ok' but the DMS's were in a different world.
Maybe you can pm me David about the cost of 6 speeders?
At a push, I might be able to go for one this Xmas for next season if I save £££ on the engine tune.
Realy want a JDM Sti box without DCCD, but with the usual rear diff, prop, shifter, AND the clutch/flywheel even (bigger is better).
