Any ideas? scoobboy 30 September 2004, 08:55 Does anyone know? scoobboy 30 September 2004, 15:46 Help! Dont wanna start fitting them and buying spring clamps and right height is too high. Was told they will harden the car up, thats why i bought them as there is a bit of roll in the car tweenierob 30 September 2004, 19:30 They will harden the car up. BUT, the STI8 is heavier so the springs will be stronger but equal length so the car will sit higher.. if that makes sense :D R. scoobboy 01 October 2004, 08:33 Would you know roughly by how much in height? scoobboy 04 October 2004, 13:08 anyone? scoobboy 05 October 2004, 10:33 Can anybody help me here? scoobboy 07 October 2004, 09:03 Anyone? scoobboy 08 October 2004, 15:40 help? StickyMicky 08 October 2004, 23:47 nope find out how much more heavy the sti8 is, add the extra wieght to yours and see how far it would drop on your standerd springs (paving slabs on the bonnet will suffice) then measure and compare cars hieghts and use sum clever judgment to enable you to carefull esttimate how much the sti8 is uprated over your car, bearing in mind your car is older and a bit more saggier then a new sti8, then put all your figures into a nice pie or bar chart to enable you to make the right desicion |
