I have 2 year old AVO coilovers on my MY95 and it's just failed a MOT because the seals have gone in both front shocks.

Does anyone know if they can be rebuilt, and if so who will do it and how much it is likely to cost?

I would be certain they can be rebuilt, call AVO and ask, they are based in Northampton.

Mine are 2 years old now and are ok (6000 miles). Maybe I'm lucky?

Yup, they sure can. I had mine rebuilt a while back by Avo and they were gone almost 3 weeks at a cost of £40 per shock.
