Default 17's or 18's for classic?

Can anyone suggest what would be the best size to upgrade to, based more upon performance & handling, rather than styling?

Also what would be the best offsets for said options?

Thanks
Lee

my 18's seem to grip the best for what i've had on the scoob (16's and 17's before) and that's running p-zero's

used p-zeros on all the tyre sizes and the 18's let go a bit quicker in the wet (more surface area on the wet tarmac?)

as for offset et53, tyre size 225/35/18. it's what the prodrive wheel pack comes with and i've had no problems with rubbing at all (on std height or with -35mm eibachs)

just get the offset right or it'll end in tears

why do you need to upgrade the suspension and does that apply to 17"?

Ray, if you want to improve handling then obviously more performance-oriented suspension will help. Yes, that applies to 17s as well! Good tyres, well balanced suspension and careful geometry set-up will transform the car from standard.

I'm sorry but for me S L's truely stinkthey don't even suit the Impreza's shape for crying out loud
gotta say it, the super legs look better in my opinion, but then again it's your car so you can obviously do what you want with it
have you put different colour mudflaps on in the 2nd pic or are they just in the light in the 2nd pic?
