Apparently what i've heard about the story last year was the land they were driving on was owned by a farmer who asked for more money but the rally jst told him to forget it and the farmer got nothing and they moved the stage. Farmer obviously wasn't as dull this year.

I can certainly say that the story you have heard Pittard isnt the reason the shakedown was moved last year.
