Anyone been to the Walter Arena, is it any good????

yeah its ok, deffo worth a look if youve not been before. Really good atmosphere when everyones there. Not my ideal place but...... You do get to see the cars for over a minute as they go round the arena, few jumps some good corners etc.

Over the years, been to every other stage and struggling for enthuiasm this year.....this is the last one to tick off, worried it was too commercial.

My carpark pass is for the arena but can i walk further around the stage or are you tied to that area

I'd say walk up to the hairpin,which is a popular speccy point and then carry on over the top of the hill and into the forest and just keep going.I think you get to see proper rallying,some proper flat out stuff aswell as good corners.All depends on how far you want to walk really.Just remember,its a forest so theres allways a way round them pesky marshalls.Put some good footwear on and be prepared to get dirty.Have a good rally

I'd like to add.........There'sa long straight after the complex, quite bumpy and very fast. It runs below the car park "over the jump through the twisty bit which is OK and then along this fast section" saw a few Fiat's nearly come a cropper in the ditch. Fair play to them all, not one of them stopped. Take a disposable barbecue
