Good I know a litle fast road rally route out that back of the pub that has a small hump back bridge in it. So we can have a Big Air competition and a prize for the winner!!

Regards

John

PS prize will also be given to Dean for cornering abilities as it will be nice and dark LOL

Looking forward to it. :) Hopefully will have a more tuneful exhaust this time,( as I was the quiet newbie at the Red Lion last week). That is if I have managed to convince the missus that this really will improve mpg:norty:

Hoorah,I will be able to make that,I think, maybe, perhaps:D
John,That's a good road for me as there are lots of straight's and even when there are corner's I still go straight, but then you know that don't you:D:D:p.With regard to the "Big Hair" I mean "Big Air" competition,I will bow down to your superiority on any "All four wheels off the ground" antics as you are the master and I'm packing a few Kg's of extra weight:D
Regards
Dean

Paul you have started on the mod route already, it's a road to ruin you know, next it will be brakes, suspension, re- map, exhaust up and down pipes, new headlamps, spoilers, side skirts, defi guages, new alloy's & tyres, then the divorce courts !! LOL.

Dean it would be good to see you again, I know Mike (Gunner) would like to have a look at your rear spoiler with a view to looking how it attaches!!

If your out there Mike have you got your brakes sorted yet?

Regards

John

Yep,still 'ere' got me eye on the group buy for god-speed brake's but not ready for them untill oct.Need to make a list really in order of importance, have allready got 3 mod's stuck in the loft to be fitted yet!!. Have e-mailed extreme and brd about re-map but got no response,i guess they get a lot of dreamer's mailing them and don't know who the serious one's are. Thinking about the wr spoiler from DR-MOTORSPORT the one that hang's over the bootlid, but also like the MRO one similar to RB5. Getting the engine temp's down via larger rad 'n' tmic i think is good move as well. The bloody list just got longer :D John have you got front lip plus cover's yet? A new modder in the fold i see a bit of advise don't go to any track/event day's with the lad's they make you buy thing's!!!!

should see you at Horton

Mike...

Thanks John,It will be good to see you all again as I seem to have missed a few recently. It looks as though Mike has been spending too much time with you,the last time I spoke to him he was only after an exhaust:D
Ron,I will indeed jog your memory about the grill, otherwise Mike will probably have that aswell!!!
Cheers
Dean

any mini meet or is it the end of um now?

RON
12 September 2004, 20:25
Andy, I reckon the evenings are gettign a bit dark/cold for Mini-meets, can do though if ya wanna!!

Also need to think about details for the Longleat trip, are we going up in convoy, or seperately??

DBY
13 September 2004, 11:36
High Mike, no not sorted the front splitter yet, still waiting for inspiration and to see one colour coded. Young lads that went off road near you apparently suffered from brake fade, then followed by terminal understeer before they went off !! LOL

Ron we have told you about sniffing around young Boy's in Saxo's late at night, offering them free milk shakes if they race you!!

Regards

John

HI john,
I take it you went to the rally, how was it for you??

DBY
22 September 2004, 20:03
No mate it was my little girls 5th birthday so could not get a pass out this time. I was there in spirit and kept phoning a mate who was watching the event to give him regular updates as to who was leading. Still with a bit of luck it should be back to it's usual date in November next year, always enjoy the fire works at 3.00am in the morning LOL.
