1/8th mile sprint down Madeira Drive (the seafront road). Loads of cool & wacky machinery giving it plenty. Watch from above or visit the pits. Makes a good day out if its dry

Think it is 1/4 mile not 1/8th mile. The fastest bike last year had a terminal speed of 164mph. Hope the weather is OK on Saturday. Here are some pictures of last years event Brighton National Speed Trials

 

come on you lot,take the misses and kids for the day..well worth it...i am leaving s/mimms about 6.30 sat morning to get there early to get a parking space..

 

Anyone that wants to, can park at mine, in Hove and bus in with me, approx 15 mins. Private parking ish and the bus is a one off £2.50 all day, any buses. I live in flats with a private parking area, normally space for several after about 8am on a Sat. One time only offer though, the landlords will be giving us all parking permits from next week, anyone without one gets towed, £210 plus storage!!! Mail me at bullkeith@aol.com if interested.
