Hello, after finding & reading Julians project here (http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=348632&page=3) can I ask those others that are in this style housing what they are like?

I am considering purchasing a 24 year old one in Burnley & would like to know more about the good & bad side of living in a concrete house?

i.E. what do they do about dampproofing?
Do they suffer from damp at all?
Are all the internal walls likely to be just plasterboard & able to be knocked through etc?
Do they suffer from "movement" at all?

Are they warm/cold in winter, are the walls usually well insulated?

Whatever, what can you tell me about these houses?
