Firstly they did there very best to get Paul Sturrock sacked/quit/leave whatever southampton.

Then they say all over the media that Plymouth Argyle fans are calling for his return, when we aren't we are 2nd have a good manager who we havent lost under.

I can see it destroying the teams confidence and unsettling people.

Once again the press interefering and causing nothing but trouble.

When will they stop trying to ruin peoples lives.

What has gone here with Sturrock? Is he disliked by the players?
Seems very sudden departure, not even at the end of August yet, and they won at the weekend!

Very puzzling and makes you wonder if there is more to this than meets the eye.

Sturrocks success at Argyle was all due to the fact that he had the backing of the board and players. He put a lot of effort into creating a team spirit.

However at Southampton there is a particular player who believes that he is bigger then the club (beatie) and the chairman would rather back beatie then the manager making it almost impossible for Sturrock to manage the team.
