Yes - did it in Sussex last year. Best advice is to drink loads of water - even if you don't always feel thirsty - it's v hard work if you aren't used to it and easy to get dehydrated.
Brilliant fun - expect to fall off a couple of times at least depending on how brave/reckless you are :D
Don't expect a big night afterwards unless you are pretty fit. Expect to fall asleep after a pint and your pie and chips ;)

I also attended the one in Sussex a couple of years back.
Superb fun and you get the opportunity to ride a 125, 250 and 400 so make sure you do this as they are all good bikes in different ways. The first time you see the hill you will think OMG  but don't worry, it is not that bad when you go down it and launch yourself in to the air from the jump at the bottom. I mean, I was in the air for ages! Well OK, more like a couple of seconds max but it feels like ages! :D
As GreenMachine says, take and drink lots of water. I did it during the summer and it was just so hot you needed the drink, but I would still drink it when it is cold as you get dehydrated quickly.
I also fell asleep as soon as I got home as the day is really tiring, but the more you put in to it, the more you will learn and enjoy it. I loved being able to spin the rear wheel up out of the corners, and bouncing along the straights with their numerous humps and bumps.
Don't worry if you fall off, as they hold numerous spares there and kind of expect it to happen. I came off exiting a tight bend; I opened the throttle, spun the wheel, it dug in and caught me unaware, and I went over the handlebars! :D I broke the front brake lever and as you can imagine, it was fun getting back to the pits with just a rear brake!:D
I'm now looking in to doing the Suzuki Off Road experience as this offers a similar experience but just lets me have a go on a different manufacturers bike.
PS Be warned, the kit stinks!!! ;)

I did Sussex too ! Fantastic fun...hard work though. The progress you make in the day is fantastic...helps if you are fit 'cos otherwise you're too tired to take advantage of the experience you gain. Desperately wanted a MX bike after the day...then wife reminded me about the fact I've only one kidney and wasn't supposed to do contact sports (which MXing definitely becomes after confidence builds up and you take a few spills) Booh! :(

Cracking day out, my poor old arms and legs are a bit sore!!!!
but well worth it,
anyone thinking about having a day out off roading on a bike, then this is a superb way to do it,
saw a couple of rallye cars practicing by sweet lamb (mid wales) while we were on the bikes aswell :)

My next door neighbour did this course on hi TT-R250, ended up breaking both his wrists on his next solo off-road trip. Broke one wrist when the front wheel hit a rock and the other when he landed

solo off-road trip
Not a good idea. Must have been tough getting home on his own with 2 broken wrists!
