Default Leda - which best springrate and how hard to set up dampers?

I have Leda suspension, but I bought it with the car. Previous owner said that speings are 405lb/in. I believe because I cannot drive the car on bumpy B roads - its impossible. The car suspension is hard as a rock :-) but not that bad on the good quality tarmac.
So I would like to buy new springs from LEDA but Im not sure about specification.
I have STi3 wagon.
My setup preferences: 30% good tarmac, 70% bumpy tarmac roads.
(I will go also snow rally this year :-)
Prefer oversteer character.

Which springrate and how many clicks on front/rear.
(standard LEDA fast road recomendation is 325/225 but for bumpy roads 275/225).

Which is your spring and damper setup?

Thanks.

Speak to John at Leda, with what your needs are & he will talk through the best options for you........

He also has developed an excellent spring rate excel sheet, to help him help you....

Very true, whats right for one driver might not be for another.
Did you mean 450lb springs? I don't think 405lb exist
That is very hard, it was probably set-up as a circuit spec, maybe even on semi-clicks. Its certainly too hard for road, particualry if you want to keep your own teeth!!
