I agree, too steep - Simon de Banke offered his almost identical car with one very desirable extra - Leda suspension - for only £8500 not that long ago.

Even at that price there no takers (only one timewaster ) - the Lotus dealer took it as part ex instead.

Just my 2p worth...

My car is a minter and I would recommend it to anybody with no worries at all, bodywork in A1 condition (unlike Simons)!

You didn't mention the TarOx 6 pot front braking system and rear discs the car had fitted last time I saw it, this was quite an ommission... As I recall, it was in extremely good condition and drove very well (as a passenger).

Garage taking the Part Ex, didn't want the Tarox, and I already have a willing purchaser (who has got them at a GOOD price).

Taking the stereo out at the moment. 4 hours at it so far and more to go. I want to make sure it's spot on before it goes.

Obviously can't tell you the exact details but the car was 'on the forecourt' at £22K.

I p Ex'd my car in against it and I feel that they have looked after me.
