Wales Rally GB,when run in November, has traditionally been a Pirelli event. Does anyone know whether either of the tyre manufacturers will have an advantage in Setember if its hot and dusty?

They are usually better suited to the hard gravel stages (look at past Acropolis etc), although Michelin have closed the gap this year. ddb85 03 August 2004, 16:52 you'll find out next weekend at finland - cos if its dry in rally gb, it is gonna be fast! so u can compare the two cos they'll be very similar West Glam Racer 03 August 2004, 20:13 And its going to be dusty on GB if this warm sunny weather keeps up!
