I need to move a website so am looking for new hosts. Titan always seem to get glowing praise on SN. Why? If possible, would anyone with experience of using Titan kindly explain why they'd recommend Titan so highly? Alternatively, if you would not recommend them, I'd like to hear about that too (in a non-libellous manner, of course!). Thanks

 

I have my home adsl, email & website with Titan.

Maybe not the cheapest but excellent customer service & support and they always score highly in the reliability ratings.

Plus of course the fact that Lee & his wife have dedicated a huge amount of time & energy into the SIDC over the last few years.

They have hosted my domain for a nearly two years now.

At the end of the day, it has very good uptime and I can pick up my email via the web! That's all I really wanted.

I was very impressed to the point, I use them at work.

We have one domain they host for us, with excellent up time and reliability.

We also have two server they look after for us, excellent service, cheaper and more facilities (better than some of the US companies that were recommended to us) The technical support has been fantastic from both Keith and especially Lee. They even solved a performance issue when an external consultant didn't do the 'right' thing! (Sorry I'd rather not give details!!!! )

It's good to know that when you call up, that even the owner of the company answers the phone and has a huge knowledge of the products he sells, as well as technical knowledge that seems to be lacking with some ISPs!!!

Highly recommended! (and no, I'm not on commision!!)

Yep, they host Scooby Mania for me, no complaints here.
I think they do well in independant tests/evaluations as well?
