A friend of mine is looking at getting a K reg WRX but is having probs getting insurance quotes, a lot of them are saying he has to be over 25, is there any companies out there that will insure a 20 year old?

I am 22 years old and my 98' Terzo is insured with Elephant. Most insurance companies will not give you a quote below the age of 25, especially if it is an import/WRX/STI.

Good luck! - It took me agest to get a quote. When I did I was quoted circa £1,100 with 4 yr NCB, then 4 months later, when I sold my car, the quote had expired and had increased to £1,600!!

Im 22 and have a 97 uk turbo, im paying just over a grand with tescos, thats with 3 points and 4 years ncb, everywhere else i tried said come back when your 25.
