master bedrooom - fully stripped today, ancient single pipe heating system needs replacing, but quotes of £7k (keeping the boiler!!) are a touch more than I expected!!

Jungle back garden, cleared alot of this last weekend and had a fantastic fire going until the neighbours complained about soot in the garden and pond :(

Other jobs done so far:

Babies room glossed
Oldest kids room, existing built in desk removed, plugs removed and replastered. Ancient spotlights removed and single pendant installed (thanks Dave). holes filled, plastered, roof painted, walls painted, just got to paint the wardrobe doors and that room is done!
