Do these types of cars always come with counselling - I get "but WHY do you need that - it's ok as it is" or "How much was that?!?" or "If it was meant to have that they would have fitted it in the factory?"

Anyone got any good excuses up their sleeve I haven't already tried. Saying how cheap it was, and what a bargain it was and what a benefit it will have etc etc is NOT enough!!!
