GavinP 02 July 2001, 00:30 Hi I have just enquired to Navtrak about my nearest dealer and the reply stated that prices will increase significantly if ordered after 9th July 2001..... Is this purley for the unit, or does it include the 9.99/14.99 per month fee?? Tracker and Trackstar are similar prices to this with lifetime subscriptions (i.e. no monthly fees) and you own the kit. £500 + monthly fees for lease kit that you don't even own -- I don't think so. kryten 02 July 2001, 23:34 But it really doesn't matter if you own the kit because if you don't pay the monthly subscription, then its worthless!!! RAC Trackstar Guardian £599 + £33 per quarter or £120pa or £325 lifetime Tracker Horizon £499 + £149 Install + £99 pa (or £299 lifetime) By my reckoning, if you don't want to pay monthly fees, you are looking at prices from £800 (Tracker) - £924 (Trackstar). When Navtrak do put their prices up, they will still be competitive but no longer a bargain (especially when compared to PTMW's current offer!) Thanks Gavin |
