What!!
No way.....Are you running two alarms together or something?....probably not, why the hell didn't they simply remove the old one?
I take it the installer ain't VSIB Approved!! if they are they shouldn't be.
Don't move it your self, cos it may invalidate your warranty (that's if they gave you one)
Take it back, but this time make sure your there to see what they are doing.
Don't mean to scare you...BUT.....if they couldn't be bothered to remove the old siren, what type of install have they done on the rest of the alarm...THE MAIN BRAIN OF THE SYSTEM.
Finally, you didn't say what type of alarm you had fitted...........cos if they don't put it right, you could go to the makers of the alarm and complain about the install you received from an approved installer (that's if they are approved!)
Good luck mate........

This is just lazy!
They should have removed the existing alarm and then fitted the clifford to the same place (it fits nicely).
I would go back to the dealer and complain - no matter what the result, speak to clifford: they need to know what the dealer did so they can at least offer some extra training!!
The concept 600, in particular, is a complex beast to fit and 99% of the problems with clifford alarms are caused by bad installation.
