Moved into the house last November, its double glazed at the front but not at the back. Due to split seals at the front, some of the glass is frosted up and need replacing.

Anyone got any ideas of how much i will be looking at for the following:

All Double glazed:-
4 x standard size windows
1 x front door
1 x back door
3 x pains of glass fitting into existing double glazed frame.

Any rough ideas will be good before i have to endure hours of bull**** from all the dodgey sales guys.

Cheers
Marc.

No such thing as std now m8,windows are all different shapes and sizes, doors start from around £250 and upwards, as for the pains of glass u need new sealed units which are priced by the sq metre.
The more you split the window up the more its gonna cost so keep your operners down to what u really need this will save on price.:)

Don't know if it's true, but somebody told me you can get the units rebuilt by one of the window doctor type operations.

Don't bother about dodgy sales guys, you only get them with the big companies.

Get a trusted LOCAL firm to do it, one that's been around for a while.

I have a friend who makes/supplies the sealed glass units,[ not the frames ] He would
also be able to get the doors a tad cheaper than you or me.

If you send me the sizes you want i'll get a price for you as i see your in the Midlands
and cant be to far away.

They can be spilt down if they have been put together using the "hot melt" system, but only cowboys do that.
remember that awful company based in Beeston Nottingham who flooded England with those sh1te jingles

C---seal window are the best 22--55,
