Piece of cake mate, 4 or 5 , 14mm bolts at the front and back (Rear ones have plastic covers). Why do you want the seat out? C.D. player?

Undo two big bolts at the front, and two at the back, and CAREFULLY lift it out. It really is that simple.

Yes Chris, it's for a CD-Player. In my case I'm removing the Philips one as I've recently installed a new Alpine one in the boot.
