View Full Version : Quick/cheap kitchen top needed

Just bought a new house and will be ripping out and replacing the kitchen in due course, however temporarily we will need to use it. It is old square terracotta tiles with all sorts of cr*p in the grout, so it's very unhygienic.

Can anyone suggest a cheap way of getting a workable top? Was thinking of trying to get some offcuts from a kitchen place and simply screw/glue them down on top of the tiles.

Regards,

Greg
