After a week in Wales in which I enjoyed the novel sensation of driving up and down hills to the full - Suffolk is too flat.. I have managed to aquire a rattle

Mine is a MY95 with the two vents and three knobs in panel in the centre. The rattle _ (well more of an occasional buzz) seems to come from behind this panel - anyone know how to take this off ??
