just bought a new scooby and the suspension is gone on it.can somebody plz help and tell me who makes the best suspension at the moment and what there prices are thanks........

What do you want from the car?
A daily driver but looking for a more stable feel? Fit Eibach springs to good stock dampers and Whiteline roll bars, good geometry set and best tyres you can afford.
A track day blaster/very fast road car and to hell with 'comfort'?
Do as Simo says, but you will still need the Whiteline/alignment/tyres!

It is very easy to over do this lot....

Track and very fast road and still want comfort call Powerstation and ask nicely for a set of AST coilovers. Even better, ask for the Type25 kit, which comprises of the ASTs + a large pile of Whiteline bits. Get it all done in one go and drive away with a very big smile on your face. :D
