Is anyone else having trouble with 99my seats getting scruffy? My car is 11 months old & most seats have 1 or more bits of the cotton unpicked (hard to explain).
I don't have back pocket zips in trousers, keys dangling etc etc. It doesn't seem like reasonable wear to me.

Just makes me wonder what they'll look like after 3 years! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif
(Bit of a difference to Beemers which still look new after 10 years!)

Nick,
I had same problem at about 7000 miles, told dealer(Ace Kensington) who said wear and tear. I got pissed off phoned IM, they said they would ring me back, five minutes later my dealer service manager on the phone said that they would replace the material.
So try your dealer and if that fails ring IM and make a fuss.
Good Luck

I had my 15k service today & showed the service manager (Atkins) my seats. He has agreed that the drivers seat has worn so is replacing the seat pad under warranty. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Although my seat have not gone scruffy (yet!) the driver seat is noticably more transparent than the passengers, so much so you can see the cell structure of the foam underneath. Anyone else seen this?

Both Driver and passenger seat OK but the cloth next to the drivers side door release is wearing. Dealer says he will replace it but it'll just happen again its' not robust enough.
