Does anyone know of someone who could rebuild my Drummond 50mm gravel suspension struts after they took a bit of a battering at the last rally I did

P1DOG 22 June 2004, 12:48 Gussy Cheers for that, I guess your work was done under warranty though? I think that my struts are a bit out of warranty. Will probably be cheaper to buy a new set of proflex !! Why was re-gassing them such a problem? I've blown one of the hydraulic seals on mine and i guess lost the gas to. Do you have any good technical info on DMS struts cos as you say back up it sadly lacking in the UK. Thanks Rob mark@wrx 22 June 2004, 14:33 We never got the work done! The Drummond struts might as well be a throw away item as you can't get them serviced in this country and rummond themselves can't guarantee a return date. That's why we're going to Proflex later this year, service you CAN trust and customer support.
