Default Loch Lomond drive...Fife meet up.

Who of the Fife scoobs wants to meet up to head to Balloch?
Thinking of meeting at the BP garage at Crossgates just off the M90.

Better going kincardine, up to stirling the onto stirling straights and down into Balloch. Its the way we used to go driving up to Faslane from Rosyth.

Crossgates BP/Peggy Sue's. Come off the M90 at the Dunfermline slip road, turn left, take 3rd exit off large Crossgates roundabout and you will see BP at bottom of small hill.
Any probs pm me for phone number.

OK. CAZ will be gathering the West lothian scoobs at the Granada on the M9 (junction 10) So my thoughts are

Leave at 08:00 from defunct BP at Crossgates

Kincardine Bridge and onto M9. Come off at Junction 10 and meet up at 08:30.

Leave 08:40 on A84, left onto B8075, right onto A811 to Balloch.

Since we have to be there 09:30 for 10:00 that should be ok.

Opinions please.

Revised and corrected

Leave at 08:00 from defunct BP at Crossgates

Kincardine Bridge and onto M9. Come off at Junction 9 Granada services, and meet up at 08:30.

Leave 08:40 on A91, left onto A811 to Balloch.

Since we have to be there 09:30 for 10:00 that should be ok.

Yeah, course you're welcome to come along mate!!

I'll have a wee chat with you about your mate tinting my windows for me, as I'm now in the position to be able to do something soon as my windows will be getting replaced under warranty due to scratches on all 4 of them...

Cheers,
Grant

Question Help from a Loch Lomonder ;)

Sorry guys. I'm not a Scooby but I am from Balloch. If you are coming from Fife why go over the Erskine Bridge, means you have to go into Glasgow.

if you get to stirling there is a sign showing Balloch, (means driving through Stirling Town Centre) this will take you along a back route with good speeds limited Gats and Jam sandwiches. in Balloch there is a couple of roads with NO monitoring, no Cameras, No eyes in Sky No Local Feds.

Look for the A817 and the bypass close to it on the gareloch side. theres also a good area with loads of bumps, corners and STEEP hills. follow directions for Arrochar for that.

Did Balloch - Stirling - St Andrew - Dundee in a ****ty Astra 1.6 in about 90 mins saying that it was at 2230.

Hope this helps ya. want any more email me
