Right, didn't want to do this but I am SO pi55ed off with him that I needed to relieve my anger somehow, and maybe provoke some kind of reaction/contact from him!

I bought from him 2x sets of car speakers 2nd hand thru this website, and when they arrived they had been packed so badly, that only 1 of the 4 speakers actually worked!!!! :(
I got in contact thru E-mail and he offered me money back if I sent them back to him! (I realise now I shouldn't have done this, but thought I could trust him,and it seemed a generous/genuine offer!) The speakers were received back by him 2 weeks ago now, and have yet to see a single penny of the refund he offered me!!

I have sent various E-mails to him, giving my E-mail address, and Home address etc just in case he'd lost them etc.... have given him 2 weeks just in case he was on hols etc but now I have finally had enough!

If anyone knows of his whereabouts etc, then please put him in touch and if there is a good reason why I haven't had my money (and it better be good) then I will apologise on this Forum, BUT if not, then I suggest NOBODY buys anything from him again!!!!!

Rant Over!

Sorry to hear this mate

Ive bought quite a lot from Scoty. As said above, its normally down to poor communication.

Scoty has always stuck by his parts and ive always got my bits and also got any refund due so im sure he isnt hiding from you

Im sure scoty will be about to read this soon and will hopefully remember to refund you

Get a grip mate ffs

Lack of communication?
Could you not have done a search on here and seen my last post date was a good few days ago?
I havent forgot about you, or your refund, I havent been on the internet recently because I've been busy with a huge project, so it was impossible to send your refund because it is going by Paypal which is on the internet.
Only logged into Scoobynet earlier today for the first time, and noticed this thread by "chance" just now.

The speakers were not badly packed at all, they were in a solid box, with plenty of foam packing to protect them, I'm not going to argue with you either if they were packed well or not, you are the first person to ever complain about badly packed goods from me, so enough said.
I don't know what has caused the speakers to fail, to be honest I don't care, all I cared about was making sure you were happy with returning the fualty speakers and the "generous" refund I had offered you.

(and it better be good) then I suggest NOBODY buys anything from him again!!!!!

You are bang out of order with your comments, who the hell are you to sit there and tell everyone not to buy from me just because you've not had your refund yet.

Scoty, first of all, I never said there was a lack of communication!.
As I said in the 1st thread, I REALLY didn't want to post what I did, But I felt it was the only way I would get any reaction/ response from you as I have sent you E-mails but haven't had any replies etc... As I said, I gave you 2weeks since sending back the speakers, and in your last E-mail to me I seem to remember you saying '' LOL I was just going to send you your refund!'' I'm sorry it came to this, but all I'm interested in is getting my money back. I'm not here to slag you off and that's not who I am, but for the sake of 5 mins at the computer, waiting over 2 weeks for the refund, and to not get any response to E-mails etc. I'd had enough.

If you haven't been near a computer in 2 weeks then fair enough, but I don't see why I should miss out because of it :( I have had to sit and check my Paypal account everyday for 2weeks just incase.

I apologise for the mix-up, and the damage this thread may have caused (wasn't meant to look that way) and I don't want to put anyone off. ( I agree I was probably a bit out of order, but I was very angry when I wrote the thread)

I'm sure this can be sorted in a friendlier manner, and I think I will use E-mail to sort this out not a public thread, as things may be read in a wrongful manner by others!
