I have just taken our WRX SL Wagon back to the Supplying Dealer (TH White in Cirencester) for it's 1,000 mile service.
They were delighted to tell me they had just received the Subaru Dealer of the Year award for 2003. To be perfectly honest we are not suprised and would recommend them to anyone within travelling distance of Cirencester.
Apart from the 1,000 miles service they had to examine a scratched rear windown and fit an accessory and supply a touch up paint. There was absolutely no arguing over the fact that the window was damaged and a new one has been ordered and a new tinit applied. The best bit (and it is only a minor detail) was that IM were out of stock of touch up paint. So whereas most dealers would say "We will get you one when it comes into stock", TH White's approach was to get the paint shop to mix me a small tub full with an applicator (AT NO CHARGE).
So all I was left with was a £114 bill for the service parts, supply and fitting of ring that goes around the gear leaver.
