Do TSL answer emails sent to their sales address? I sent them one a couple of days ago asking about prices and options for brake upgrades etc, and I've yet to receive a reply :(
Would give them a ring, but it's a bit difficult from work, especially if the call is not very short.....

Nope, I used sales@tsl-motosport.co.uk seeing as that is the address they list on their website.
Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait a little longer...... :(

Hi Mate
Apologies that we haven't been able to answer as quickly as we would both have liked.
We get over a hundred "serious" e mails per day.. all of whom deserve an answers of at least a line or two..:). We do try to battle through them as fast as we can
As the lads say, the (nice) problem is that gawd bless 'em, folks keep ringing up or popping in! .. and long may they continue to do so ;). Obviously e mails, although extremely important have to come after 1. Visitors and 2. Phone customers.
Having worked back in the distant mists of time for a big company I fully understand the whole phone thing so if we can help by calling you back on our bill or ringing you at home after or before hours we will be happy to do so! :)
I will try and dig your mail out mate and get in answered pdq like! ;)
Cheers
Paul

Cool, thanks Paul :D.
Wasn't having a dig, I was just wondering how long it usually took for your guys to answer an email (so I knew how long to leave it before pestering you ;)).
