**SCOOBIES at LONGLEAT** October 2004

This has now been confirmed

Date : SUNDAY 10th OCTOBER 2004

Place :LONGLEAT -Warminster

Time :09.00 - 17.30

Once again Longleat have kindly allowed us as a Group to visit the Park.This will be along the same lines as the last one.
You will have the option of purchasing either the Passport Ticket,Safari Park Ticket or just parking up in Grouds and Gardens,the choice will be yours.

PRICES
PASSPORT Ticket
Adult: £12
Child (3-14yrs): £9.75
Senior (60yrs+): £9.75

SAFARI PARK Ticket
Adult: £6.75
Child (3-14yrs): £5.25
Senior (60yrs+): £5.25

GROUNDS & GARDENS
FREE

Each person will require a Voucher to purchase a Ticket or park and gain entry.
(Quote Longleat) :
It is confirmed that Longleat will provide 1 x free grounds & gardens access voucher per person. This voucher will need to be handed in on arrival at the Safari Park entrance in order to validate the group rates on the Passport Ticket/Safari Park Ticket.
I apologise if this is not as convenient as hoped but we need the vouchers on a per person basis as they act as an audit trail for accounts.

I will get the Vouchers from Longleat and either send them out to certain Co-ordinators from certain areas near to the day who are helping out,or myself and a few others will distribute them on the day as you arrive.

Entrance will be the Main Entrance where the Toll booths are.

I hope as many of you as posssible will support this Event and hope we can beat last times attendance of 71 Scoobs .This will be posted on other Sections and Web sites and hopefully 1 or 2 Magazines !!

Just to confirm RE:TESCO VOUCHERS.

As we are already being offered Group Discount on Admission prices these Vouchers CANNOT be used aswell.However if your prepared to pay the NORMAL Admission prices for Adults then you will be able to use them.
So basically if you are bringing the Kids you need to work out which option suits you best.

Vouchers cannot be accepted in conjunction with any other offer and your visitors can use them on the "standard rate" only NOT the group rate (which we offer you and your group during your visit). So to clarify, we can either offer you:-

Group Rate (when showing your vehicle pass as ID) on Passport Ticket/Safari Park OR
Tesco voucher (free child when purchasing an adult Passport Ticket at full price = £16 per adult)
