I put a message out a few weeks back about the whereabouts of Mark "The Wax Wizard" Underwood. Seems he monitors his calls and emails very carefully, filtering out anything he finds "uncomfortable".
The fact that there was a recent "Buying group" on here and other forums for his "Swissol" products, makes me believe I'm not the only person he is avoiding, as he no longer seems to respond to any questions regarding his products / services.
If anyone else is having "Debt" problems with the said Mr Underwood, please get in touch, as you are not alone. Seems he's better at banking cheques, than writing them.
Maybe this message and the thought of someone "Bad mouthing" him will bring him out of the woodwork.
If you're reading this Mark, just send me the **** pounds you owe me and nobody else need be any the wiser.

If any moderators feel the need to remove this thread, then please be aware that not all "Dealers" and people offering "Services" are necessarily that genuine and honest after all.

I have just spoken to Mark, He no longer uses Scoobynet due to certain objections made by the "powers that be" last year & the recent Swissol group buy was not organised by Mark

I have only ever had the best service possible from Mark & find it hard to believe you have what is obviously a severe problem.

He can be contacted at any time on 07966 713177 & is very keen to have a chat because at present he is unaware of any problems you may have & is keen to resolve the situation.

No response. Same with many email messages.

Mark knows my email address and has been to my house too.
He did a fantastic job on my R32. Nothing wrong with the mans work or the products he uses, just seems to be avoiding me and my payment.

I've always bought my Swissol products from John Wintle at swissol.sales@tesco.net. Always had excellent service.

I was involved in that group-buy in conjunction with seatcupra.net.

My cheque cleared at the begining of the month 02/04/04 to be precise.
It did take almost 3 weeks after that but I did receive my stuff last week.

Seems strange because he replied to all my emails apoligising for the delays.

I've always found Mark very reliable and his products are great. Bear in mind he's a one man band so there's going to be times when he can;t get to the phone (ie he's out earning his keep)?? Simon
