I'd just like to warn anyone about to send money/orders to Top Dog graphics, a scoobynet shop vendor.

I have lodged a formal complaint with Scoobynet regarding a non-fulfilled order I placed with them a month ago and the lack of service I have recieved.

Pockman

Let me know personally if this is not being dealt with properly.

We'll remove their products from scoobyshop immediately pending investigation.

CataIunya

Why do you not pop up and remind everyone how good scoobyshop is for all the thousands of transactions that go ahead smoothly?

Regards

Simon

I have just spoken to Mark, he will be online tonight.

He did express his suprise as he only cash's the cheques once the goods have been sent.[I Know what Mark does for a living and therefore I know he isn't/can't be dodgy]

He also said his number is in the shop and no one has rung him with a complaint

Perhaps you should have called him ?

Anyway I'm sure Mark will be along later to resolve the query

Hope that helps

Chris,
Please see the Private email that I sent you in response to your complaint. I am sorry you felt you had to be so public complaining of my service bearing in mind that this was a reorder item as far as I can remember. Within the batch of stickers sent out, I have had confirmation of other goods received

Quote"I Apologise that you have not received the items, that I know were sent out.

I will of course send you a full refund by return of mail.

I Apologise for any inconvenience, but would only cash an item that I know has been dispatched. Unfortunatley due to the low cost of the items involved they do not get sent out by registered post, but will accept your word that they have not been received."

Webmaster, please let me know how I can get my account reinstated, and maybe why it was suspended without even sending me an email.

Perhaps another case of a public posting when a simple telephone call would of done

Perhaps a case of getting a result when the problem is brought out into the open :)

Thank you. Have since emailed Chris, as he responded favourable to my email, and have offered replacement stickers as well as the refund.
Hope this has settled the matter.
