Partly due to the fact that I had no idea where the front tow point was and neither did they. And then I couldn't get the power down so I was sitting in the boot with one of the guys (with flames shooting out the back, so I was watching my feet didn't turn into cooked lunch for everyone else) :D gussy 23 April 2004, 21:48 Abby, If you can remember last time we were there they ran a lowered scoob with a lip spoiler and had no problems was a bit tight tho, I wouldn't have thought you would have any problems. StickyMicky 23 April 2004, 23:39 mate i had my classic there with a sti4 lip and the car was lowerd well over 100mm on coilovers and i just made it on (just lol) you will be fine, my front lip was touching the floor tho lol gussy 24 April 2004, 09:09 Stickymicky, I think it was your car I was on about, did you do two runs on the rollers due to a fault with your dawes device. Abbylad 24 April 2004, 16:17 Many thanks for all the replies people, will turn up armed with a screwdriver for the towing-eye cover :D Edited coz i cant string a sentence together  StickyMicky 24 April 2004, 16:55 Stickymicky, I think it was your car I was on about, did you do two runs on the rollers due to a fault with your dawes device. yes i did but it wasnt lowerd, then it was on the standerd suspension last time i was on there the front tyres were shoved up in the arches and it still ran ;) you should be fine StickyMicky 24 April 2004, 16:57 check the hieght of the front spoiler lol http://www.photobucket.com/albums/1003/Sticky/Scooby_Pics/2.jpg suspension is now gone and has been replaced with standerd uk turbo stuff, till i choose a nice set of lowering springs coilovers - just say no kids!! |
