Guess who's already looked at the for sale section !!

The seats are available, just need to make sure that they'll fit my old banger !!

I'd have though at the very least you could get a Recaro subframe which would fit ????

I dont think you will be able to get the seats unless you find one thats been written off, you can buy Recaros from Prodrive with their Logo on, but they arent cheap.

You will need the seat and sub frame (although the P1 seats may well fit a subframe from a later model car), and the recaros need all the wiring too as they are electric !!

There are some seats in For Sale section - upgrading to leather I believe (ouch hot in summer!). That would be avenue people will take I guess.

Hi,
Anyone know if this is possible ? Presumably you'd need the seat *and* the sub frame ??

Failing this I'll have to go for some Corbeau Carreras. They're far more supportive than the Prodrive P1 seats but don't have the Prodrive logo !!

Any help very much appreciated.

Neil.

Cool

I have recently just fitted MY99 seats into my MY96 with no real problems. The Subaru dealer I took them to couldn't fit them but Scooby sport did a blinding job.

P1 seats should fit a treat - if you can't find them try breakers yards in Auto trader and Exchange & Mart.

I just rang around and found a brand new pair for £390, Bargin!

Good Luck
Guy

P1 seats will definitely fit all Impreza's, without the need for the subframe apparently, although pre 97 MY will have a small problem with the seat belt stalk as they were mounted differently, this should be fairly easy to get round though, given some imagination

Sorry it took a while to get back to you, my source has been on holiday

I know P1 seats look the same, but don't they have a different base set up so that they flip forward to allow rear passengers access( 3door coupe. I don't know but maybe there different....
