My 1998 Turbo clutch looks like it has finally reached the end of it's life at a pretty impressive 120,000 miles, does anyone know of any good specialists who can fit a bog standard Subaru clutch. I live near Yeovil but would be happy to drive for an hour (or more) to get the job done. I could use the dealer (Vale motors in Wincanton) but suspect a good specialist would be a lot cheaper..

What part of Somerset Ian? North East?..if so I can recommend the garage I use to have the scoob serviced at, they specialise in TVR breaking/parts, other than that, a regular village garage with reasonable prices.

Wincanton Motor Services could be worth a shout and they give discount to SIDC members on parts and accessories.
I used them for a 15,000ml service on my 02 wrx and they are Jap specialists.
