From peoples experience what is the best route to a well ballanced road/track suspension setup?

There are so many companies offering so much stuff its hard to ever know what to get and what works with what.

I own a MY00 sti6 with stock suspension atm.

is it coilovers
is it just spring and dmpers
do i polybush he car
how about anti roll bars
and the bumpsteer mod whats thia bout

please help

from what I felt having been out in the type 25 the other day, I would say that you should try out the AST coilovers which powerstation have fettled for the impreza.

So impressive.
