Last Sunday in April (25th)

I've located a Pub (a Wadworths for those who like their local beer http://forums.sidc.co.uk/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif ) in Rowde, The Cross Keys, which is on the outskirts of Devizes. There are some nice drives to get here, down through Amesbury across the Marlborough downs or up across Salisbury plains to mention a few.

They're children friendly, with playground http://forums.sidc.co.uk/i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif and meals for those who have families, but importantly they have plenty of parking for scoobs! http://forums.sidc.co.uk/i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

We can either do a Sunday lunchtime, where we have to book numbers, or a limited menu for a late afternoon, early evening meet.

Would be nice to meet some of the Swindon lot. If any of the Southampton lot want to meet in Andover its a nice drive from here

maybe the swindon lot can meet up for the drive down through Wroughton through the stones(Avebury that is)? Meet at the sun inn or the park and ride in Wroughton?

I'd love to attend, but have checked the calendar, and have a Moto-x meeting on that day! :( I will keep an eye on this thread tho incase the date/circumstances change! :)

Me too, work permitting. Convoy sounds liek a good idea, but best watch out as they speed trap a lot through Wroughton, Avebury, Devizes - presumably because the road's "lots of fun". ;)

David, If you manage to get a good turn out for this I think many will end up parking on the road. How many "Scooby Spaces" fit in that carpark.

That was my concern initially Nigel, but I've spoken to the landlord and we have our own parking in the school carpark right next door! :D

edited to say the car park will be opened up just for our meet and is normally locked. :)

Me, fatmanscooby, rae_sti, simonwrx, steve700, bruce, v-limited, nigel s, Jus H, johnny sti, iwan, beamer and possibly a few more since the Reading meet earlier this week. :D That's 12 cars, give or take.

Can people let me know if you want food :), so far we have 6 eating.

I have just been for a drive after having the down pipe fitted and what the Doreen said is true. Its running like sh*t! So wont be adle to make it tomorrow because im going to put the old one back on. I was really looking forward to it. Sorry everyone. Let me know how it goes. Lets do another one asap!!

Catherine, There are a godd few Scoobs now floating around this area both classic and new shape. Not every one seams to come on here, however if your over Bath / Bristol area most of those owners (and thats quite a lot) can be found on "Scoobyzone".
