Default Quick Clio anyone...

i remember that someone asled about a clio that gave them a hell of a scare a while back, it either beat them or gave them a bloody good scare. I've had a search for it but can't find it, anyway suspect it was something like this...

Now thats amusing!
How annoyed would you be if you came across that.

Bit of a worry about the standard 1.2 brakes though!!

If you read any of the posts in " Racing Tales " on www.cliosport.net, its a fact now that a 172 clio is as quick as a standard Bug eye scoob and a Clio Cup is faster than it and even as fast as a modded one. They are quick cars....but some of the stories are hilarious.

Thumbs up

He he... I know the lad that built that car and it's quite nippy... Believe he's going to York dragway with it on Monday, so we'll see what sorta times it pulls!

Great little motors and pretty quick....

largely down to the fact that they only weigh about an eighth of an ounce (well mine does anyway) great until you hit a cats eye when the wind's blowing, then you're on your roof.

Although i run one on track, I have both the clio and the MY03 Impreza. Much prefer the Impreza- much more stable, safer (not often that gets said about a scoob) but the clio don't half give a buzz........
