Ninnybobs 07 April 2004, 21:48 Hi everyone,
Just a quick note to 'fill everyone in' on the events of the last TTS meeting held on Tuesday 6th April 2004.
Firstly can I just say what a great turnout it was last night. Somewhere approaching 30 cars in the carpark. A big welcome to our 7 new members that signed up last night. They will all be receiving their membership cards at the next meet.
Right, down to business.
The dates of the TTS mid-monthly meets have been set (These are in addition to the normal monthly meeting). The mid-monthly meets will be as follow:

Tuesday 20th July 2004 - TBA
Tuesday 17th August 2004 - TBA
Tuesday 21st September 2004 - TBA
The events to be arranged will included a treasure hunt and BBQ, an evening at Revolution and an evening at AS Performance.
There is a trackday being held at Croft circuit on Saturday 10th April. Anyone who wishes to take part can contact Ian Armstrong at Stan Palmers in Carlisle.
There is a trackday organised by the 200+ club at Elvington Airfield on Saturday 8th May 2004. The day will be run as an open pit lane and the cost is 95 quid per car. Bookings can be made through Javalin motorsport.
There are still places available on the Prodrive trip on Wednesday 5th May 2004. The cost of the trip is 50 quid and this includes luxury coach travel. Please contact myself or John Clayton if you wish to attend.
Harvey will shortly be starting another group buy for 'Hybrid' Front Mounted Intercoolers. This will be starting in the next couple of weeks and will be on the 22b forum, if anyone is interested.
Harvey also has a supply of NF Octane booster if anyone needs some.
The Northern Big One is taking place on 13th June 2004 at Lightwater valley. If you haven't already signed up for this event, please do so, on the Northern Section of Scoobynet. The cost of the day will be 5 quid per car with all proceeds going to out nominated charity, Cancer Research.
I am attaching a photo of last years event to wet your appertites.
