Everytime i try to log in to scoobynet chat it tells me my username or password is incorrect! i know its the right name and password and have even tried to copy and paste this into the boxes but nothing happens :( Can anyone suggest why? and how i can fix the problem? I know it isnt the java as scooby-tc uses my computer sometimes aswell and it lets him in straight away.

try logining out of scoobynet, delete scoobynet cookies from cookie directory and then try to login :)

Have you got it in the correct case? On SN2 you could log into the bbs without case mattering but not into chat, had to be exactly in the case you registered it. I had this problem when I first came onto SN but don't know if this is still an issue with SN3.

its all innumbers so there is no upper or lower casing :( after reading through an old thread tonight it seems i am not the only one having problems with this. :( i guess its just the way things go!
