No rush, and this is in no way intended as a "dig", I just wondered if there was a "ball park" figure you could give me for how long it takes to activate a vendor account once applied for :)

Apologies for lack of response. The reason is because all of the answers you seek have already been published.
The reason your account has not been activated is that you have not filled out all of the information required in the application forms.
