View Full Version : Back from me hols... kart_man 24 March 2004, 15:25 Hi all !! Just to say I'm back from my wee holiday - what's going on ??? Is there a still a meet on this weekend ?? Yep, had a great time. Still in love with New Zealand and still wondering what kind of business I could start up over there :). Seems there's loads of opportunity out there - just need to find something that's not been fully exploited yet. Got a few ideas ;) Tried to gate crash a "Skyline Downunder" meet in Christchurch while I was there too, but missed them by 10 mins or so. They were going for a drive around the city, and I went to the wrong end of the 5 mile long street that they were meeting at !! Was hoping to pick up some SDU merchandise, but I'll just need to go through official channels now ! Had a lot of fun though. 4 countries, 2 GP's, the Melbourne Motor Show and a visit to the home of Quiksilver to name a few of the highlights ! I'll tell you about the rest whenever we meet up next (along with any releveant pics of course). Shame about the Edinburgh meet - was looking forward to catching up with everyone again. How about the 27th - do you tink we could hustle something together for then ? Yep, atmosphere in the city and track was great. Funny you should mention the holden, as I was eying up the utes at the show... Check this out....
