Sometime in the year 2000 Chip. They imported a load of Silverstone car park mud, dumped it in Cardiff Bay and made the speccies stand in it.

Flippin 'ell, the days when seeing car 152 actually meant there were 150+ cars in the rally. Now there's one to tell your grandkids about...
