A brief scan gives me:

3,7,8,12,13,14,15,16,17,27,45,50,72,73 and 135. But I have had 25 years riding to muster them...

17 was at the Bol d'or. I was so tired after my stint that when I came in to refuel (I think this was about 06:00) I forgot to put mny feet down and just fell over in the pits...

5 7 12 31 33 47 50 and got bored reading around 125....

Luckily, almost all of these types of incidents were in my first 5 years of riding (15 years experience now :D )

Many many years ago, I tried to shut the garage door with the bike between my legs, you know like you do when you're a kid; though a push bike weighs 10 kilos & my bike weighed 210 kgs......it started to go, all I could do was lower it gently to the ground...1 scuff mark & £50 to polish out....

I'm guilty of 12. Had just cleaned my beautiful Gitane Blue ZXR750J2 when crunch! DOH!

Almost had 13 happen to me too. McDonalds car park. Hot summer day. Came back out to find my Blade with it's back wheel in the air, and the whole bike at a very jaunty angle! LOL The side stand was about 3 inches into the relatively new and very soft tarmac! :D

Not sure I should say what what the Hell..
Many years ago now on my RD350R. Outside Maccy D's put my disc lock on for some reason. Gone in to get the usual Sunday Big Breakfast see a few lads from a football team I know... Anyway theres me with a coat load of big breakfasts and a bike with a disk lock on that I had forgot about.
You can imagine what happens next, bike on the deck along with me and theres scrambled egg and hash browns everywhere, just to top it off, I look over and theres the footy team pi**ing themselves in Maccy D's.
Topped out with a busted indicator scuffed fairing and a seriously damaged ego.

Funny when I look back though

read to 20 before i realized they didn't have "overcooked a corner and highsided on the gravel to avoid pending 600 ft cliff." and "broadsided an elk two up at full tilt."

i dropped my r1 in a car park in oxford and had to ride back to reading through rush hour for an importnat meeting.....i had no brake lever, no clutch lever and no screen.

i just bump started it and crunched the gears....didnt stop for anything as i had no ability to get from neutral to in gear while stopped!
