The Sti 5 Type R has a 2 pot on the rear and a slightly larger disc.
The UK 99 has a new rear single pot caliper (slight change in pad profile) and does have vented rear discs.
The fronts on a 99 are the same as the STi 4 pots, as are the discs.

I've might have chance of replacing my MY96 brakes with either full UK MY99 or full STi MY99 V5.
Obvisouly the STi's are better, but what are the exact differences i.e. disc size e.t.c.
Thanks for any help..
Darren.
