View Full Version : A-pillar 60mm gauge pod M8 NNY 04 March 2004, 16:36 thinking of fitting the above with boost gauge to my 98 turbo anyone know where these can be had and how much :D v5 man 04 March 2004, 16:55 Alan, I just fitted a boost gauge to the scoob. I only wanted a cheap set up for testing, but it looks superb. both the boost gauge and pod can be had at Halfords. mines a TIM boost gauge with backlight, and is £24, and the carbon effect a-pillar pod holder is £20, all bits supllied to fit the gauge. less than £50 is a bargain. I`ll go take a picture soon (today) cheap but spot on:) Cliff v5 man 04 March 2004, 17:25 just realised that mine is actually a 52mm gauge, but at least you get to see what i`ve done to your old motor:) http://img9.photobucket.com/albums/v24/V5MAN/pod_close_up.jpg http://img9.photobucket.com/albums/v24/V5MAN/pod_dash_wheel.jpg http://img9.photobucket.com/albums/v24/V5MAN/pod_and_dash.jpg M8 NNY 04 March 2004, 18:14 Looks good m8 was thinking of maybe having a Defi BF down in the same position but they cost a mint :( Nick200 04 March 2004, 19:47 Was the pod a good fit? bit hard to tell from pics.:) Warwick-hunt 04 March 2004, 20:08 less than £50 is a bargain. i agree, its looks the biz at a decent price v5 man 04 March 2004, 22:53 the pod has to be cut to fit. I rushed it and its not perfect, but still looks quality. even a div like me could fit and wire this kinda thing. Cliff |
