In a previous posting yonks ago, I enquired about fitting 18" alloys to a MY99 Impreza saloon

Mike Wood from Prodrive recommended changing the suspension before fitting the 18's to restore the handling as the car may become "walloway"!?!

The info I'm looking for is a recommendation for spring rates for road use ( front and rear)and possibly the odd track day.
My preference for damper is Bilstein but any recommendations will be gratefully received and considered.
