how do you block the No:PLATE?

Question how do you block the No:PLATE?

Hi,can anyone tell me how to block a no;plate plz?

Not sure what you mean Simonz, but I'm assuming you are referring to a posted picture. If so, you will need to edit the photo either using a basic package such as MS Paint or a commerical package like Corel Photo-Paint. Either way, you will have to manually remove the numbers and letters.

In photoshop, use the magnetic lasso tool and drag it around the edge of the plate until you get back where you sarted. Double click. You have now selected that plate . Good method now is to select Filters/Distort and then twirl. You can adjust the twirl value to choose the effect. Quite effective and stops the plate being read.
Hmmmmmmmm....sounds a bit technical but its not

You should be able to pick up a freeby of some of the more basic photo adjustment programmes, just do a web search for it,

Or a more luddite solution would be to go outside, cover the numberplate on the car and then take a picture.
